Call for papers
Submission:
Only ECRs who took part in the last AILA JRM meeting may submit a proposal. Proposals must correspond to the themes of the EUJAL journal (Europe as a geographical space and the languages of Europe) and must be written in English.
The submission process consists of two steps:
First submission by June 30, 2024 July 7, 2024:
- Junior researchers presenting in one of the two previous AILA Junior Researcher Meetings can submit a full paper here: http://jrm2023.sciencesconf.org/
- Papers can be submitted in two formats:
- Short paper (4-5 pages): overview paper presenting ongoing research.
- Full paper (15 pages): presenting original and unpublished research.
- Authors must follow the EuJAL requirements for submissions (https://www.degruyter.com/journal/key/eujal/html) and use the style sheet (see below).
- Requirements for both formats: Authors must give clear information about :
- the theoretical and/or experimental framework,
- the methodological setup,
- data collection and/or analysis.
The submissions will be reviewed by guest editors by September, 2024
Extra call:
- Dedicated to junior researchers presenting at the AILA-Europe JRM 2024 in Greece
- A one page abstract must be sent to guest editors before October, 9th 2024
- A selection of two papers will be done and the full papers must be received before November 24th, 2024
- The final version of the paper will be submitted according to the schedule below
Second submission in 2025
- 1 Feb 2025: Authors whose papers were accepted by guest editors submit individually on EuJAL manuscript website: http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/eujal
- 1 Apr 2025: Review to authors
- 1 Jul 2025: Final version submission
- 1 Aug 2025: Manuscript to production
- 1 Sep 2025: Online publication
